Ever since childhood, I've dreamed of seeing fields of healthy hard corals with my own eyes— a dream thats now a reality.
But it wasn't easy. No one who knew stony corals well enough had reported on top reef locations since the 2024 Mass Bleaching Event...
So after 2 years of research & planning, my girlfriend and I decided to document 300+ reefs across the Coral Triangle ourselves.
The result? Visits to pristine sites full of branching corals that even the local guides didn't know about! Acropora heaven.
I started Raf's Reef Brief to give you the resources I wish I had when starting my Coral Triangle expedition;
